On May 9, 2015, Eli M. Rozier Jr. (See Eli Pictured) graduated from Auburn University with a Masters in Real Estate Development. The program focused on commercial development with an emphasis on sustainability and LEED construction principles. Throughout the courses, the students were encouraged to evaluate how their particular assigned projects would impact the community from an environmental, economic, and aesthetic prospective. The curriculum also included field studies to Philadelphia, New York, Seattle, Santiago, and Rio de Janeiro. The class also had an opportunity to attend the National ULI Conference in Chicago. These trips exposed the students to different development techniques and philosophies that will be used in their local markets. After graduation, the University opened Jordan-Hare football stadium to the MRED and MBA students for a final tour. (See Eli Pictured)
On Wednesday April 7, 2021, I attended the Clay County Northeast Florida Builders Association monthly breakfast.
